We only carry Jumbo Frozen Alaskan King Crab, not that small supermarket junk. Seriously though, most of these legs and claws are well over 1 pound each! If you find cheap King Crab it's often smaller legs with a poor meat to shell ratio, and/or is from Russia, not the Bearing Sea in Alaska! Alaskan Crab meat is known for its rich, sweet flavour and delicately tender texture reminiscent of lobster meat. This might be the best tasting protein on the planet!
