You can't beat our sockeye! Caught by the Gitanyow First Nations Community in The Nass River in BC. They use the Dipnet method to catch this fish which extremely sustainable and produces zero bycatch. Dipnets are also very gentle on the fish which prevent bruising and other blemishes. This product is not widely available and is sold in our market and used by a few high end restaurants in Vancouver. Sockeye Fillets are as red as a piece of liquorice and have a great fat content and flavour.
